Shifttrackr ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application for tracking work hours, calculating pay and generating invoices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use our app.

We do not collect your name, email address, location or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it within invoice details.
Free users: All shift and job data is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is transmitted to our servers.
Pro users (Cloud Sync): When you enable Cloud Sync, your shift data is encrypted and securely stored on our servers to enable cross-device access. You can disable Cloud Sync and delete your cloud data at any time from the app settings.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:
When you export a report or invoice (PDF, CSV, email, WhatsApp), that data is transmitted to the recipient or app you choose. We have no control over how third-party apps handle data you share with them.
Your local data persists until you delete the app or clear app data. If you are a Pro user with Cloud Sync enabled, you can request full deletion of your cloud data by contacting us. We will delete all associated data within 30 days.
Shifttrackr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us for prompt removal.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
